The flipped classroom model represents a paradigm shift in educational delivery. This study analyzes the implementation of flipped classrooms across five university departments, involving 800 students and 25 faculty members. Results indicate improved student performance (average grade increase of 12%), enhanced class participation (67% more student contributions), and higher satisfaction rates among both students and instructors. The article provides practical guidelines for effective implementation, technology requirements, and strategies to overcome common barriers to adoption.
